Managing hypertension is of paramount importance for overall health and well-being. Uncontrolled hypertension can lead to severe health complications, including heart disease, stroke, kidney damage, and vision problems. By effectively managing blood pressure through lifestyle changes such as a balanced diet, regular exercise, reduced sodium intake, and stress management, individuals can significantly reduce their risk of these life-threatening conditions. Medications are a cornerstone of hypertension management and the reduction in the risk of morbidity and mortality.
