The climate is ripe for NP Entrepreneurs (NPE) to seize this opportunity to start a business. There is no better time for NPs to start businesses. Many NPs are disenfranchised with the medical model of health care delivery and wish to practice the way we are trained to offer care, holistically. Development of the NP business brain is crucial to the success of any business venture. The NPE must possess a certain skill set to mitigate risk in starting a business. Do you have what it takes? What if you knew your risk potential, would you begin the process of becoming your own boss? This session will walk you through the process of risk taking, readiness and review some of the challenges facing NPE business ownership.
